Action-Taker Guarantee

Refund Policy

At XPO Mastery, we believe in results. Our training is designed to be a fast-track system for 3D professionals. Because we provide immediate access to digital assets and proprietary workflows, we do not offer "no-questions-asked" refunds.

1. The 15-Day "Action-Taker" Window

We provide a 15-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the date of purchase. However, this guarantee is strictly for students who actually apply the method.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, you must prove that you have completed the work. You will be required to provide:

  • Proof of 100% completion of all video modules (verified via our LMS).
  • Screenshots of your 3ds Max project showing you followed the Modular Modeling steps.
  • One final render of an exhibition booth created specifically using the XPO Mastery workflow.

Refund requests based on "changing your mind", "no time to watch", or "found it too difficult" without trying the steps will be rejected.

3. Refund Process

If you have met all the criteria above and still feel the course did not deliver value, email us at support@xpomastery.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]".

Our team will review your submitted work within 5 working days. If approved, the refund will be processed via Razorpay to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

4. Asset Pack Restriction

Please note: If you purchased the Full Mastery Bundle and have already downloaded the Pro-Artist Asset Pack, the value of the assets (₹999) will be deducted from the total refund amount, as digital assets cannot be "returned".
